Rodd Anderson

Sales Associate Chatham office

A consummate professional, Rodd’s real estate background and Wall Street experience combine seamlessly in his sales associate position.  He became a Realtor in 2007, after a 28-year career in the financial services industry where he was an institutional equity trader and manager in New York’s financial district.  As an equity trader, Rodd used his investment acumen and securities markets knowledge to make well-informed decisions in order to benefit his clients.  This multi-faceted role proved to be an ideal basis for his real estate career, since both require an eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.

Growing up in Livingston, living in Summit for five years, and being a resident of Harding Township since 1986, Rodd has many personal insights to share about local towns.  Whether you are interested in historic homes, luxury real estate, school districts or commuting times to Manhattan, he can pinpoint the right location and home for your needs.

Rodd graduated from Seton Hall Prep and went onto get a B.S. degree in finance from Lehigh University.  He also has an MBA in finance and marketing from Lehigh.  Actively volunteering for alumni affairs at Seton Hall Prep and Lehigh, he enjoys giving back to his alma maters. Continuing education is equally important to Rodd, who has attended various seminars to stay up-to-date on the latest real estate trends and developments affecting today’s marketplace.

Rodd and his wife, Christine, have three grown children and a golden retriever named Tyler.  In his free time, Rodd enjoys reading, travel, fishing and playing golf.

When you work with Rodd, you’ll find him to be straightforward, honest and affable.  He possesses excellent communication and negotiating skills, which have helped him to succeed throughout his career.  Committed to the 100% satisfaction of his buyers and sellers, Rodd prides himself on providing quality client service.  He welcomes your call or visit to the Chatham office.
